ABMEC AGM

Two Directors from Mutech attended their first ABMEC AGM at the Waterton Park Hotel, near Wakefield, West Yorkshire.  After the formalities of the actual AGM where 23 member companies were represented, it was time for some good old fashioned networking and catching up with friends old and new.

During the evening, ABMEC members were entertained by an excellent Yorkshire comedian as well as the number of toasts proposed by the Director General, Ruth Bailey and current President, Steve Gretton.  One of those toasts was for new members and the entire room were upstanding for Mutech and Bradken UK.  

Due to the recent and unfortunate mining disasters, a minute's silence was held for those miners who had recently lost their lives across the world.
