Adam Buckley, Head of Programmes at the Manufacturing Institute, cut the ribbon on the new IBL BLC509 vapour phase reflow that Mutech purchased from Blundell.  

Representing a serious investment by the company to place Mutech at the forefront of electronics assembly, vapour phase reflow soldering will enhance the quality of the solder on PCBs as well as cope with leaded and lead-free boards.

Fourteen companies were represented at the luncheon that Mutech hosted with Adam Buckley as VIP guest of honour. Adam has extensive business experience across both the private and public sectors and joined the Manufacturing Institute in June 2004 having spent the previous 15 years managing transformation programmes across the UK and Northern Europe. 

We very much appreciate the time that Adam spent at Mutech chatting to visitors and staff, as well as the all-important ribbon-cutting duties, performed beautifully!
