Mutech nomination
Managing Director Colin Cameron has been nominated by ABMEC to be one of its two representatives on the BEC L/6/10 committee.
This is the UK IEC Ex forum to raise issues of concern for discussion with Government and the certification bodies regarding hazardous area certification, as well as appointing delegates to the global IEC Ex committees responsible for the standards.
An important target of L/6/10 is to bring the certification processes of ATEX (the EU standards) and IEC Ex (worldwide standards) together into one single activity.
